Modular Structure
The directional valves and valve blocks form a modular system of M1 Servo Valve Group. With consistent flange design and valve section models of the same width, they can be used in almost any combination of control valve blocks. The positioning and direction of oil ports A and B are consistent in all models.
Configuration Example
(1) Head Section
With LS sensing port.
LS pressure can be set independently.
With relief valve for total pressure setting.
(2) Working Section
Integrated servo driver, which can control the spool position in real time and set operating parameters through the built-in CAN bus.
Directly driven by a servo motor, no pilot oil source is required, and it has strong anti-pollution capability.
A Port and B Port are equipped with pressure compensation valves.
(3) Function Description and Interfaces
Load-Sensing Principle
It is a commonly used control technology in hydraulic systems. Its core is to adjust the output flow and pressure of the hydraulic pump according to the actual load demand. The maximum load pressure of the directional valve on the control valve block will be transmitted to the variable pump and/or the inlet pressure compensator on the head section through the load-sensing output signal of the control valve block.
Energy Efficiency
By regulating in accordance with the maximum load-sensing pressure rather than the main system pressure, the system leverages the load-sensing principle to minimize energy loss within the precise control range.
Flow Control Independent of Load
By keeping the pressure drop (Δp) at the variable sensing throttle valve constant, the system can compensate for load fluctuations, thereby maintaining a stable flow rate and hydraulic cylinder speed. This method is suitable for valves (two-way or three-way) without a separate pressure compensator, but only for hydraulic cylinders with the highest load pressure selected by the shuttle valve.
Driving Force on the Control Spool
Owing to the constant pressure drop across the sensing throttle valve, the load-sensing system delivers a perfectly uniform driving force throughout the entire spool stroke.
